How to buy at volume. Volumetric units are supplied through the EpicMod dealer for your area, as exterior-finished shells or fully finished plug and play. Employers, municipalities, and housing providers buy from that dealer; where no dealer holds the territory yet, EpicMod serves the project directly until one is appointed. Factory-built off-site and delivered ready to install, they are faster and more cost-predictable than site-built alternatives.
There is no minimum order. Single units and multi-unit projects are both quoted at standard package pricing. For large projects, all units are built simultaneously in our climate-controlled factory — so a 10-unit project takes the same 10–12 weeks as a single unit. Yes. As of May 2026, modular construction is fully eligible for all CMHC multi-unit insured programs including MLI Select — with no pilot access required. This applies to employer housing and municipal affordable housing projects using EpicMod modular units. CMHC-backed loans are available at up to 95% loan-to-cost at rates typically 1–2% below conventional.
EpicMod homes are set on one of two foundation types: helical piles or a crawl space. The right one depends on site conditions, soil type, and local requirements. EpicMod provides the engineering drawings at no extra cost: architectural and structural for an exterior-finished shell, plus mechanical and electrical for a fully finished unit. Your site contractor selects and installs the appropriate foundation based on those drawings.
EpicMod delivers 10–12 weeks after your order is confirmed. Factory manufacturing and site preparation happen simultaneously — while your foundation is being installed, your units are being built in the factory. For multi-unit projects, all units are manufactured at the same time, so you do not wait sequentially for each unit to be completed.
