From Your Drawings
to Site Assembly

Panelized framing works differently from volumetric modulars. You supply the drawings, EpicMod manufactures and ships the panels, and the dealer’s crew or your own assembles them on site.

Pricing

Quote & Supply Route

Panels are priced per project, based on your unit mix, volume, and delivery schedule. From 10,000 sq ft per project up to 100,000 sq ft a year, your Regional Dealer quotes and supplies you; above 100,000 sq ft a year, EpicMod supplies you direct. Volume discount pricing starts at 250,000 sq ft per project.

Commitment

Order & Schedule

Material costs are locked in at contract rather than exposed to site change orders, and delivery is scheduled per lot or per phase to suit your build.

In the Factory

Factory Manufacture

Wall panels, floor cassettes, and roof panels are built in our climate-controlled facility to your drawings, then labelled and sequenced for assembly.

On-Site

Delivery & Sign-Off

Panels ship to your site per lot or per phase. On delivery, the recipient inspects the panels and signs off on them.

The Shell Goes Up

Site Assembly

The dealer’s crew or your own crew assembles the panels on your foundation into the structural shell. Then your interior trades take over.
