Every model includes fixed package pricing, a full Feature List of interior and exterior finish options at no extra cost, complete engineering drawings, standard appliances, and a 2-year structural warranty. Transportation and site work are quoted separately.
A new catalogue is coming in Q4 2026. It replaces the models below, which will no longer be offered once it launches. Orders already placed are not affected.

Which Model
Fits Your Lot
Eight models, and the right one is usually decided by the lot before it is decided by taste. Pick the row that sounds like your project.
Detached units under 100 m², which is the threshold for the municipal development-charge exemption. Tight setbacks and a crane path are the usual constraints.
Primary residences for rural lots, infill, and cottage country, where the site is the opportunity rather than the constraint.
Where you need bedrooms but the lot will not give you width, a long, narrow single-storey footprint is usually the answer.

Shell, or Fully Finished
Every volumetric model can be ordered at either finish level through your Regional Dealer. The choice changes what your trades do after the crane leaves, and it changes the price.
- Structurally complete: cladding, roofing, windows and doors, with the interior division walls framed
- Includes architectural and structural drawings
- Interior finishing left to your own trades — suits builders with interior crews, or spend staged across a phase schedule
- Delivered complete with Feature List finishes, kitchen and laundry appliances
- Includes architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and CSA A277 certification
- Ready for utility tie-ins and inspection, with the 2-year structural warranty on the module

The Deadline Applies
to Every Model
Ontario’s HST rebate can return the tax on a new home that will be the primary residence of you or a relation, whichever model you pick. For an owner-built home, physical work on the land has to begin by March 31, 2027, and permits take up to 16 weeks, so the date that decides it is when you apply.
Package prices exclude HST. Site works, materials, and professional fees carry it too, and all of it counts toward the claim. Estimates only, and the rebate depends on CRA eligibility. Confirm with your accountant before signing anything.

Dealers ordering 10 or more volumetric units a year get wholesale pricing, the full engineering package, and a supply of factory-built units, at either finish level — exterior-finished shell or fully finished plug and play. Every model is CMHC Prefab Plus eligible — financeable with as little as 5% down.
