What Is
Panelized Framing?
Panelized framing refers to pre-built structural wall, floor, and roof panels engineered and assembled in our factory, then flatpacked for delivery to your construction site and rapid assembly.
Panelized framing is one of EpicMod’s two product lines; the other is volumetric modulars. Panels keep complete architectural freedom while capturing most of the schedule, quality, and waste-reduction benefits of off-site manufacturing: the dealer’s crew or your own assembles a full structural shell in a fraction of the time conventional stick framing takes. Panels are manufactured to the drawings you supply, for Ontario Building Code projects (Part 9 and Part 3) and cross-border projects in nearby US states.
Structural exterior and interior wall panels, open or closed (insulated, vapour barrier installed). Pre-drilled utility chases included.
Engineered floor systems with integrated joists, blocking, and sub-floor. Delivered as ready-to-set cassette panels.

Volume discount pricing starts at 250,000 sq ft per project. A dealer is capped at 100,000 sq ft a year, so in practice that threshold belongs to a direct account. Where no dealer holds your territory yet, EpicMod supplies the project directly until one is appointed.
