How Projects Get Financed

On-reserve and off-reserve housing are funded through different channels, and the route decides what a submission has to contain. Confirm it with your housing department, lender or funding body before committing — EpicMod can supply the unit documentation any of them ask for.

On reserve: Indigenous Services Canada
  • $642.1 million allocated for 2026-27, the final year of Budget 2022 funding
  • First Nations on annual allocations under the 1996 policy do not apply
  • Funding flows April 1, so first-quarter decisions set what gets built that season

Where no dealer holds your territory yet, EpicMod serves the project directly until one is appointed.
