There is no single dealership. There are two ways to work with EpicMod, because two different kinds of business come to us. This page is about the dealer agreement, which carries the whole lineup. EpicMod sells direct in two cases: panelized framing above 100,000 sq ft a year, and volumetric projects of 10 or more units, at our discretion.

A single company can hold both a Direct Supply account and a Regional Dealer agreement. The agreements stay separate because the obligations differ.

Territory confirmed and wholesale pricing set. Order factory-built units, 10 to 12 weeks from deposit.
Building the Network
EpicMod is appointing dealers and direct supply accounts across Ontario now. Territories are being assigned as partners sign.
- • The map is open. Ontario is divided into defined regions. Early partners have the widest choice of territory — the map fills in signing order, not on request.
- • Leads come with the territory. We do not charge for them. Inbound flow across Ontario is steady, and your region’s share is a real asset — though the partners who do best already generate demand locally.
- • In the meantime, homeowners are looked after directly. Until a territory is assigned, EpicMod handles inquiries from that region and routes them to the partner once appointed.

The Demand Is
Already Running
A territory is only worth holding if homeowner enquiries are coming from it. EpicMod runs the demand generation centrally and hands the leads to the dealer who holds the region. Until a territory is assigned, EpicMod serves those enquiries directly and holds the leads for whoever signs.
Ontario’s HST rebate requires construction to begin by March 31, 2027, which is pulling homeowners into the market now. The tools below exist to catch that traffic and qualify it before it reaches you. Every enquiry carries a property location, so it routes to the territory it belongs to.
Homeowners enter their model, municipality, and budget to get their permit deadline and an HST estimate. Leads arrive qualified: location, model interest, budget, and timing.
Verified, date-stamped pages on the local grants in each region, built to catch local search. More are added as territories are taken up.
